Your initial sessions involve hands-on techniques to include manual therapy, IASTM, active-release techniques, massage, cupping as well as postural repositioning and breath training to promote healing and optimizing the bodys’ alignment. We utilize/integrate a type of therapy called Postural Restoration which is based on the bodys natural tendencies to fall into postural patterns. This phase also involves immediate education for you regarding daily positions such as sitting, sleeping, driving, squatting, holding objects, and any modifications needed within your recreational activities.
