Physical Therapy

We offer Physical Therapy but what sets us apart, is that we utilize concepts of PosturalRestoration and integration to evaluate and treat you. This approach is parallel to a more functional physical medicine approach to your pain or injury.

 

Within any given session you can expect a variety of modalities depending on what your body is needing each time you come in. This includes, manual work, PRI Repositioning and retraining, specific exercises etc.

Postural Restoration

We utilize the science of Postural Restoration to evaluate each client to assess the rootcause of pain, dysfunction, injury, sports injuries and various diagnoses. We utilizespecific objective testing to define your postural pattern tendencies driving yoursymptoms. We then implement, guide, progress and coach you through specifictechniques so you can resolve the pattern tendency and restore and optimize your bodyto include resolving pain symptoms. Additionally we incorporate Postural Restorationmanual therapy as needed to assist the bodys response in sessions.

Dry Needling

We incorporate dry needling to assist with both acute injury and chronic pain, as well asfor whole body recovery sessions. The use of acupuncture needles to various tissuespromotes healing, and homeostasis of the body. We offer both Trigger Point dryneedling as well as Integrated Dry Needling.

Dance Therapist

We recognize the unique movement and postural demands of dance. This allows us to create comprehensive evaluations and treatment plans tailored to not only help you recover from injury, but also enhance performance and improve overall dance health. Our approach integrates dance-specific techniques, including PRI training and performing arts medicine expertise.

Pelvic Floor Therapy

We offer a unique approach to pelvic floor therapy. We have a deep understanding andappreciation for how breathing (respiratory diaphragm) and cranial strain patterning canaffect the pelvic floor. Our objective testing will bring insight into why your pelvic floor iscompromised and what is creating your symptoms. You will learn more of a whole bodyapproach to your pelvic floor issues and how to independently manage and optimizethis. Many of the techniques will focus on syncing up of the cranial diaphragm with therespiratory diaphragm and your pelvic floor/diaphragm.

Sports Rehab

What sets us apart from your typical sports performance specialists is that weimplement the concepts of postural patterns, grounding, airflow, right vs left bodyawareness to objectively determine a treatment/training program for you. We use datagathered in-house to develop a program specifically geared to your sports demands aswell as your body profile.

 

If you are an athlete that wants to improve performance,recover from an injury, minimize chance of injury, this approach is for you. We dospecialize in rotational athletes to include (but not limited to) baseball, volleyball, golf,tennis, pickleball and runners.

 

This program includes (but not limited to) specializedreturn to throwing for shoulders, hip impingement symptoms, low back compressionsymptoms, jump training, prehab, in-season body management/recovery, post and off-season recovery and neuromuscular retraining for optimal movement strategies.

Cupping

Cupping therapy is a soft tissue technique used to improve circulation resolve mysofascial restrictions, reduce muscle tension, and support tissue mobility. By creating gentle suction, cupping helps decrease restrictions, promote healing, and enhance recovery. It is often used alongside manual therapy and movement-based treatment to support pain relief and improved movement quality.
