Methedology #1
Postural Restoration Institute Certified
Your body isn't designed to be perfectly symmetrical—but when those natural asymmetries get out of balance, they create compensations that lead to pain, weakness, and injury.
As one of the founding Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) certified centers in Florida, we use advanced assessment techniques that most physical therapists don't know exist.
We identify the specific asymmetrical patterns causing your dysfunction, often in places you wouldn't expect.

Benefits
Identify why your pain keeps coming back
Correct the root cause, not just treat symptoms
Improve breathing patterns that reduce pain and enhance performance
Break the cycle of recurring injuries for good
Methedology #2
Applied Integration Academy Certified
Did you know that jaw tension can cause shoulder pain? Or that poor vision can contribute to chronic neck problems?
Through our Applied Integration Academy certification, we examine how your dental health, visual system, and physical alignment all work together. Most therapists only look at muscles and joints, we look at the complete picture.
This multidisciplinary approach is especially powerful for complex, chronic cases that haven't responded to traditional treatment.

Benefits
Discover hidden causes of pain that other providers missed
Address complex cases with multiple contributing factors
Integrate dental, visual, and physical health for complete healing

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to book a consultation first?
No, you don’t need a separate consultation. Our initial evaluation is a comprehensive 90-minute session that includes full-body testing, a breathing assessment, and immediate treatment. This may involve manual therapy, exercises, and more. We also teach you initial corrective exercises to take home.
Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance. However, we are happy to provide a superbill if you would like to submit for reimbursement with your insurance provider.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 late cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our office at 727-210-5330.
How long is a typical session?
A typical session lasts 1 hour. If needed, we can customize session times to be longer, which is common for patients visiting from out of town. We can also arrange multiple sessions in a row for out-of-town patients who are staying for a set amount of time.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Please wear or bring workout or loose-fitting clothing. Additionally, bring the athletic shoes and any orthotics you currently use. If you have an oral appliance (such as a mouth guard) and/or glasses you regularly use, please bring them with you as well.
